Equestrian – Charity and Endurance Rides

PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO THE CORRECT EVENT LINK BELOW. We endeavour to upload images very shortly after the event.

We cover various charity and sponsored rides throughout the year, including the Sandringham Ride, the Thurlow Hunt Ride, and the Newmarket Heath Sponsored Ride, and indeed, our very own self-organised BOXTED CHURCH RIDE. We always make a donation at the end of the working day to the appropriate charity.

The BOXTED CHURCH RIDE 2025 TOOK PLACE ON SATURDAY 13th SEPTEMBER (IP29 4JY). This is an event that we organise ourselves - previous riders have described it has 'riding through an oil painting' - and it failed to disappoint again in 2025.  To get an idea of the event, here are the 2025 SCHEDULES, CONDITIONS OF ENTRY and ENTRY FORMS (below).  UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO RUN THIS POPULAR RIDE IN  2026 DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.  HOWEVER, PLANS WILL BE IN PLACE TO GO AHEAD IN 2027 (likely mid-September).  FURTHER DETAILS CAN BE FOUND ON THE BOXTED CHURCH RIDE FACEBOOK PAGE.  You will also find these on the 'Equestrian & Livestock' page on this website in addition to the Boxted Church Ride FACEBOOK page.  As soon as we have a date for 2027 we will announce it here, and on the Boxted Church Ride Facebook page. So save the date; come and join us and have fun on "...the best & most beautiful Ride in East Anglia!!"
